Maurice Rotbart, M.D.
Chairman and Medical Director

Dr. Rotbart is a Board Certified Internist, Allergist and Immunologist. In addition, Dr. Rotbart is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American Academy of Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Rotbart was an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine in the Department of Immunology at the University of Los Angeles from 1984 to 1995. He has over 30 years experience as a medical practitioner in both private practice and university settings. He holds a BA from University of California Los Angeles and doctorate of medicine degree from University of California San Francisco.

Tim Littlefield
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Littlefield was the President of Pacific Health Systems, Inc, a healthcare consulting company from 1995 to 2005. During this period, Mr. Littlefield was based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and worked on consulting projects in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, South Africa and Jordan. From 1996 to 2002, Mr. Littlefield was a founder of Genesis Healthcare and Executive Director of AetnaGenesis Healthcare, Southeast Asia’s largest managed care health plan. From 1985 until 1995, Mr. Littlefield worked at Health Net, a large California based managed care company. Prior to leaving Health Net, Mr. Littlefield held the position of Executive Director of Northern California and Vice President of Sales. He holds a BA degree from Bennington College.

Christy Carrillo
Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Carrillo was Vice President of Pacific Health Systems, Inc, a healthcare consulting company from 1995 to 2005. During this period, Ms. Carrillo was based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and worked on consulting projects in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, South Africa and Jordan. From 1996 to 2002, Ms. Carrillo was a founder of Genesis Healthcare and Chief Operating Officer of AetnaGenesis Healthcare, Southeast Asia’s largest managed care health plan. Prior to joining Pacific Health Systems in 1995, Ms. Carrillo held positions at Health Net (California) and Empire Blue Cross (New York). Ms. Carrillo holds a BA degree from Princeton University and an MBA from National University of Singapore.
