From 1995 until 2003, they worked with medical providers in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, South Africa and Indonesia. Upon founding MTI, Dr. Rotbart, Mr. Littlefield and Ms. Carrillo spent over three months meeting with medical centers to assess their capabilities.
