Medical Tourism International will provide you with the highest level of customer service during your medical tourism experience. These key MTI team members will assist you throughout the process.

Your dedicated MTI Program Manager is your key contact person throughout your entire medical tourism experience. Your Program Manager will become familiar with your medical needs and provide you with firsthand knowledge of the medical centers and the countries in which they are located. The Program Manager will work with our Network medical centers to develop a customized Program of Care for you. He or she will review each medical center’s Program of Care with you and assist you in your pre-journey preparation.

Your Program Manager will also make all travel arrangements for you and any companions, working with MTI’s in-country travel partners. You will work with them to select a hotel and, if desired, they can arrange a post-recovery trip for you and any companions to one of SE Asia’s many beautiful travel destinations.

After you have arrived in your country of care, you Program Manager will remain in contact with you by telephone. They will also assist you in contacting any of your relatives and friends in the U.S. after your surgical procedure. Finally, they will contact you upon your return to provide assistance and gather your feedback.

Medical Tourism International has a regional office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This regional office works closely with our Network medical centers, our in-country travel partners and our customers that are receiving care and traveling. MTI’s Regional Manager will contact you upon arrival in your country of care, provide you with assistance and act a point-of-contact in the region.

Your Destination Coordinator will act as your local guide throughout your medical tourism experience. MTI works closely with in-country travel partners that cater to English speaking tourists. Your Destination Coordinator’s responsibilities will include airport pick-up and return, transportation to all medical appointments, cultural and travel assistance and other functions. Your Destination Coordinator will greatly simplify your medical tourism experience.
